AEI has been working for over three years to bring broken AND tight single end monitoring to the tufting machine. Demonstrating and discussing the technology at ITMA in 2019 and then showing the first machine prototypes at Domotex in 2020. Interrupted by the pandemic, but using the time to refine the patent pending technology, AEI is now happy to announce the first sell of a TuftX system in Europe. This final version of the TuftX contains a robust design that needs no adjustment, works regardless of yarn type or angle, and has no moving parts!
