The TuftMaster 2000 integrates all three systems, Tuftight, Scannair, TuftScan, to provide the carpet quality you demand.
Using a single control unit with simple, yet extremely functional controls, the TuftMaster 2000 can be installed and running in 1 day or less.
Having already mounted this system on Tuftco, CMC, Cobble and Tuftex machines, flexibility in mounting the system is unsurpassed. We provide Tuftight and Tuftscan lengths from 1-7 meters. Single, Dual, or Twin systems.
The Scannair
portion of the system can utilize up to 4 single beams or 2 dual beams of either infrared
or laser type detection systems. The infrared and laser detection heads are
interchangeable and upgradeable without any major hardware changes.
The Tuftscan system is mounted on the back of the Tufting machine as a single sensor fitted with the width of the carpet. There is an additional "backlight" that uses solid state technology providing up to ten years of maintenance-free lighting. The Tuftscan is also easily converted from full width to partial widths in minutes. Split carpets are no problem either.
