The TE-100 consists of a rail assembly, up to 210 self-threading
hard chrome plated yarn guides, pressure sensitive switch, entrance and exit hold down
bars, light, indicators, adjustable time delay and sensitivity.
The TE-100 eliminates tight end ridges in the beam sets. Detection of tight ends in the warping process has demonstrated a significant reduction of low lines. Off quality production due to low lines is greatly reduced.
