| First introduced in the 1970's, the new
AUTO WARP Series 1000 electronic let-off offers
expanded capabilities to the warp knitter. System components. The Auto Warp series 1000 includes a processor- based control, power supply, motor drive plate for each warp position (max six positions), portable backlit LCD operator interface and printer. Easy operator programming. The operator programs the beam data (beam diameter, barrel diameter, revs/yard, runner length) via the touch screen and the processor does the rest.
Controlled production. Precision control from the 0.00 inches/rack to 600 inches/rack (0.00 cm/rack to 1500 cm/rack) in .1 inch increments. Constant yard feed offers uniform yield in weight per yard from rack to rack and roll to roll. |
Variable runners are
programmable in the same pattern with no repeat size limitation. Create new and unique
fabric styles by utilizing the variable and programmable runner length feature.
Operator Display and printer show beam circumference, runner length on all six positions, beam revs, yards/meters, pre-set counters and time/date. Thoroughly mill tested system available for retrofit to any warp knitting machine with speeds up to 3000 RPM. |
