Model 501Generally, static bars are placed in the warper/
beamer line at strategic points in the yarn path to discharge static charges which may affect beam formation and otherwise create warp quality problems. These points include, but are not limited to, the creel front eyebars, eyeboard, yarn inspector and warper comb.
The Model 501 static system is customized to fit your specific creel and warper system. Static bars are sized for warp sheet coverage plus mounting. Flexible shielded cables are made to order. Mounting hardware is selected to fit your requirements.
